CIEL Properties

CIEL Properties Limited oversees the Group's land and real estate assets in Mauritius. This includes Ferney Limited, a significant landowner, which manages a nature reserve and hunting grounds spanning 3,500 hectares on the Southeast coast of Mauritius. CIEL Properties also owns and operates Ebene Skies Limited, a six-level office building that serves as CIEL's headquarters. Additionally, Evolis, its latest mixed-use property initiative, is currently transforming old textile buildings and other properties of the Group into repurposed spaces for commercial activities.
