We are pleased to congratulate Guillaume Dalais as the new Group Chief Executive of CIEL Group. 

Guillaume has been an integral part of the leadership team and the Board, serving as the Deputy Group Chief Executive for the past few months. 

He has been with the Group for more than 15 years, holding various executive positions across the clusters. Over the years, he has demonstrated strategic vision, and a deep understanding of CIEL’s values and operations across the 10 countries where we proudly operate. 

Guillaume will focus on driving growth, innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering the pioneering and entrepreneurial culture that has contributed to CIEL's success.  

We also extend our deepest gratitude to Jean-Pierre Dalais for an exemplary journey since 1992. His dedication and leadership as Chief Executive since 2017 took the Group to new heights. 

Jean-Pierre will remain on the board as the Vice-Chairman, continuing to keep a keen eye on shareholder value.
